Prime Shot Photography — Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking & Payments

    A booking is considered confirmed once both parties have agreed to the session details and any required deposit or payment has been received.

    Payment terms will be discussed prior to the shoot and invoices must be paid within the stated timeframe.

    Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the booking or withholding final images.

  2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    Clients must provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.

    Prime Shot Photography reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to:

    — Unsafe weather conditions

    — Illness

    — Equipment failure

    — Circumstances outside reasonable control

    Outdoor sessions may be rearranged depending on weather and lighting conditions.

  3. Arrival Times

    Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled sessions.

    Late arrival may reduce available shooting time, especially where sessions are booked around lighting conditions or location restrictions.

  4. Photograph Style & Editing

    By booking a session, clients acknowledge they are familiar with the photographic and editing style or Prime Shot Photography.

    Final edited images are delivered in the photographer’s artistic style and reasonable editing requests may be considered at discretion.

    Extensive manipulation requests may incur additional charges.

  5. RAW Files

    RAW/unedited files remain the property of Prime Shot Photography and are not supplied unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    Only final edited images will be delivered to clients.

  6. Image Delivery

    Delivery times may vary depending on workload and session type.

    Clients will be informed of estimated turnaround times following the shoot.

    Images are typically delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.

    Colours may vary slightly between screens, devices, and printed products.

    Images are backed up for a limited time after delivery but long-term storage is not guaranteed.

    Unedited, duplicate, test, or out of focus images are not included in final deliveries.

  7. Client Cooperation

    Prime Shot Photography is not responsible for missed images caused by:

    — Uncooperative children or pets

    — Lateness

    — Weather conditions

    — Restricted access

    — Failure of subjects to follow agreed instructions

    Parents and/or guardians are responsible for supervising children during sessions.

    Owners remain fully responsible for the behaviour and control of their pets during sessions.

    Every reasonable effort will be made to capture high-quality images throughout the session.

  8. Image Usage

    Prime Shot Photography retains copyright of all images created.

    Clients may use delivered images for personal use and social media sharing.

    Images must not be heavily altered, filtered, or edited without permission.

    Commercial use requires written consent.

    Colours may vary slightly between screens, devices, and printed products.

  9. Portfolio & Social Media Use

    Prime Shot Photography may use selected images for:

    — Portfolio display

    — Website content

    — Social media

    — Advertising

    — Promotional purposes

    Clients may request in writing that their images remain private.

  10. Limitation of Liability

    While every effort is made to provide a reliable service, Prime Shot Photography cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside reasonable control including:

    — Severe weather

    — Venue restrictions

    — Equipment failure

    — Accidents

    — Unforeseen events

    In the unlikely event of total image loss or failure, liability shall be limited to any amount paid for the session.
